Yamaha Pro Cliff Pace Staying Busy as Classic® Champion

He’s made appearances or given a seminar in every state in the Southeast and even been to California, yet Yamaha Pro Cliff Pace has only been the Bassmaster Classic® champion for two months. Literally, since claiming bass fishing’s most prestigious title in late February, Pace has been a fisherman on the go

Combs Gives Yamaha Second Bassmaster® Elite Series Win

ZAPATA, Texas, March 27, 2013 –  Yamaha Pro Keith Combs, a six-year B.A.S.S.® tournament competitor, used his expertise in leading wire-to-wire to win the second Bassmaster® Elite tournament  on Falcon Lake where he is also a part-time guide.  His four-day total was 111 pounds, 5 ounces.

Faircloth Wins, Yamaha Dominates Bassmaster® Elite Opener

ORANGE, Texas, March 18, 2013 – Veteran Yamaha Pro Todd Faircloth won the season-opening Bassmaster® Elite tournament on the Sabine River Sunday, March 17, bringing in 14 pounds, 9 ounces the final day for a four-day total of 49 pounds, 6 ounces.  Fellow Yamaha Pro Dean Rojas finished second with 42 pounds 12 ounces.

Yamaha Pro Cliff Pace Wins 2013 Bassmaster Classic®

Tulsa, Okla., February 25, 2013 – Yamaha Pro Cliff Pace, describing his day on the water as one of “the toughest days I’ve ever had,” boated only four fish weighing 11 pounds, eight ounces Sunday but they were enough for the Petal, Miss. angler to claim bass fishing’s biggest title, the Bassmaster Classic world championship.  He finished with a three-day total of 54-12.

Yamaha Pro Faircloth Holds on to Win Bassmaster® Elite

LACROSSE, Wis., June 25, 2012– In what he described as one of the most mentally and physically challenging tournaments he’s ever fished, veteran Yamaha Pro Todd Faircloth held on Sunday to win the Bassmaster® Elite tournament on the upper Mississippi River by just over a pound.  Bringing 14 pounds, 9 ounces to the scales the final afternoon, Faircloth finished with a four-day total of 62-4.

Palaniuk Wins Elite at Bull Shoals as Yamaha Dominance Continues

Mountain Home, Ark., April 23, 2012– Yamaha pro Brandon Palaniuk brought only 12 pounds, 15 ounces to the scales Sunday afternoon but it was more than enough to win the Bassmaster® Elite Series tournament at Bull Shoals Lake.  The 24-year old angler from Rathdrum, Idaho finished with a four-day total of 74 pounds, six ounces.

Yamaha Pro Ish Monroe Wins Florida Elite with 108-5

Okeechobee, Fla., March 26, 2012– Yamaha-sponsored pro Ish Monroe scored his second career Bassmaster® Elite Series win Sunday at Lake Okeechobee, boating 108 pounds, five ounces, and leading all four days of the event. The win was the second in as many weeks for Yamaha Pros fishing the Bassmater® Elite Series, Alton Jones having won last week’s tournament on the St. Johns River in Palatka, Fla.
