Company News Yamaha Marine Announces “Summer of Choice” Sales Event Posted 7/15/2014 NEW PROMOTION OFFERS CONSUMERS FIVE YEARS OF WARRANTY PROTECTION OR UP TO $750 IN DEALER CREDIT WITH PURCHASE OF ELIGIBLE OUTBOARD Kennesaw, Ga., July 15, 2014 – Yamaha Marine Group announced today the “Summer of Choice” sales event, a new promotion that offers consumers the choice of five years of warranty protection or up to $750 in dealer credit toward the purchase of goods and/or services when they purchase a select new, eligible Yamaha four-stroke outboard. “There is plenty of summer boating time left, and the ‘Summer of Choice’ sales event gives consumers two great ways to add value to their Yamaha outboard purchases,” said Dale Barnes, Division Manager, Marketing, Yamaha Marine Group. “Now is the time to take advantage of this incredible promotion.” The “Summer of Choice” sales event applies to new select, eligible Yamaha 2.5-to-200 horsepower, four-stroke outboards and provides the purchasing consumer with two great options: a choice of three years of Yamaha Limited Warranty Coverage along with an additional two years of Yamaha Extended Service (Y.E.S.) for a total of five years of coverage at no additional cost; or up to a $750 credit based on MSRP towards the purchase of goods and/or services available at the authorized participating Yamaha Outboard dealer that sold the outboard at no extra cost to the purchasing consumer. This promotion does not apply to the new F115B and F175 models. The promotion is effective for new select, eligible outboards purchased and warranty registered between July 15, 2014, and September 5, 2014. Other terms, conditions and restrictions apply.
