MDCE offers marine dealers the opportunity to learn from the industry’s leading experts and explore the latest trends as well as take part in a variety of educational tracks focusing on sales, marketing, service and management topics. Yamaha Marine University™ instructor and marine dealership consultant Valerie Ziebron will teach three service-track workshops at this year’s event. The “Build a Service Dream Team” segment will explore the key human resource elements needed to create an outstanding service team. “Turn Upset Customers into Loyal Ones” will examine the positive conflict resolution techniques needed to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, and “Lessons Learned from the Master Service Advisor” will analyze the mindset, tools, and habits that allow master service advisors to excel.
