Yamaha Marine Announces “Why Wait for Spring” Fall Savings Event

KENNESAW, Ga. – Oct. 13, 2030 – Yamaha Marine’s “Why Wait for Spring” fall savings event gives customers three great opportunities to add value to new, eligible Yamaha four-stroke outboards purchased from Oct. 13, 2020 through Nov. 24, 2020.
“Interest in boating continues to climb and this promotion builds in great value with purchases of Yamaha outboards from 2.5- to 350-horsepower models,” said Dale Barnes, Division Manager, Marketing and Communications, Yamaha Marine Engine Systems. “For customers already planning for next year’s boating season and eyeing Yamaha’s most popular four strokes, the ‘Why Wait for Spring’ fall savings event makes now the perfect time to buy.”
For a limited time, the “Why Wait for Spring” fall savings event allows customers who purchase eligible, new Yamaha four-stroke outboards in the 2.5- to 75-horsepower range the opportunity to receive a credit of up to $500 they can use toward the purchase of additional goods and/or services available at the authorized, participating Yamaha Outboard dealer that sold the outboard at no additional cost. Customers who purchase outboards in the 90- to 300-horsepower range have the opportunity to add two years of Yamaha Extended Service (Y.E.S.) to their three-year Yamaha Limited Warranty for a total of five years of coverage at no additional cost. Finally, customers who purchase 350-horsepower Yamaha four-stroke outboards can add two years of Yamaha Extended Service (Y.E.S.) to their five-year Yamaha Limited Warranty for a total of seven years of coverage at no additional cost.
Yamaha’s “Why Wait for Spring” fall savings event is effective for eligible, new Yamaha four-stroke outboards purchased between October 13, 2020 and November 24, 2020. Customers must take delivery and the outboards must be warranty registered by March 31, 2021.
Consumers should see authorized, participating Yamaha outboard dealers for a complete list of eligible outboards and all terms and conditions.
